Lakers Fans Have Reason to Be Excited About Adou Thiero’s Preseason Performance

Adou Thiero has made a significant impression during the Los Angeles Lakers’ preseason, earning the confidence of head coach JJ Redick. David Yapkowitz from ClutchPoints noted that the forward is poised for a standout season ahead. Thiero, a second-year player from Arkansas, possesses exceptional athletic ability, which has drawn attention from Lakers fans who jokingly remark on his tendency to find himself in challenging athletic situations.

This summer marks Thiero’s first complete preseason, as he dealt with injuries last year. Having debuted in the league last November, he now enters the new season with renewed health. In the three preseason games played so far, Thiero has started in two, demonstrating promising rebounding skills and showcasing his potential at 6-foot-8. Although starting may not be likely given the Lakers’ depth, Redick appears to have faith that Thiero can significantly impact the team moving forward.
