Ahead of Monday Night Football against the Washington Commanders, the San Francisco 49ers paid tribute to two of their longest-serving players, tight end George Kittle and fullback Kyle Juszczyk. Both players reached a decade with the team, which was honored through a spectacular drone show illuminating the San Francisco skyline.
The display showcased images of Kittle and Juszczyk in their jerseys, number 85 and 44, respectively, alongside the phrase ’10 Year Club.’ This moment signified their long-standing commitment to the franchise and was a highlight, even amidst the game-night excitement.
The 10-Year Club recognizes players who have spent ten or more years with the organization, with only 51 players achieving this honor since 1946. Kittle and Juszczyk, who joined the team in 2017, have not only become integral to the team’s success but have also cultivated a strong friendship that reflects their journey together.
